Hey There, I´m Sarah Flinchum

I LEAD WITH A BLEND OF ANALYTICAL BRILLIANCE AND CREATIVE EMPATHY, TURNING INSIGHTS INTO IMPACTFUL ACTIONS.

As a Senior Marketing Analyst at Cisco Systems, Inc., I am at the forefront of transforming data into strategic insights for global marketing initiatives. My expertise lies in optimizing lead generation, nurturing content strategies, and providing actionable audience insights. With a robust technical toolkit that includes SQL, Excel, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and Python, I excel in not just analyzing data but also in articulating the stories they tell to stakeholders.

My weeks are filled with data analysis, report writing, and continuous improvement of our workflows. I believe in the power of humor and connection, often sharing a laugh with colleagues through memes and GIFs. Beyond work, I lead an alumni group of over 2,000 women committed to personal growth and authenticity.

For me, ‘impossible’ is not a barrier but an invitation to innovate and grow. My career progression from a specialist to a senior analyst is a testament to my creative problem-solving abilities and empathetic leadership. I thrive on challenges, turning them into opportunities that pave new marketing paths and inspire fresh thinking.

Collaborating with me means tapping into a wellspring of creativity and proactive problem-solving. In me, you will find a leader who excels in her field and inspires those around her to exceed their own expectations. And as a mentor, I’m eager to guide you through the intricacies of marketing analytics and personal development.

When the numbers and charts fade into the background, my world is colored with the vibrant hues of creativity and culture. I am an artist, expressing myself through the strokes of my paintbrush and the rhythmic cadence of haiku. These artistic endeavors are not mere pastimes; they are extensions of my professional life, where the art of analysis meets the canvas of strategy.

Fun things you probably don’t know about me…

I´M OBSESSED WITH MOVING

I love moving to new towns and discovering what they have to offer, but right around the 2 year mark, I’m usually ready for my next adventure.

IF I WASN´T A MARKETING ANALYST

I’d try my hand at stand-up comedy. I love making people laugh and it’s the best when I’m just as surprised as everyone else by what I say next.

MY FAV MUSIC BANDS

Sometimes I feel I was born on the wrong side of the Atlantic ocean . My favorite bands are The Kooks, Arctic Monkeys, and the Greatest band of all time, Queen.

MY MOST UNUSUAL HOBBY

I recently got into using tarot cards. I find it to be a good compliment to journaling and meditating, and the artwork on the deck I bought is truly AMAZING!
